Umano

Going to the sea, I submerged myself. I put on my fins and could no longer hear anything except the sound of the ocean: slow, enveloping, and powerful. When I surfaced, I looked up at the sky. “They are connected,” I thought. Nothing new.

Then I imagined a messenger, a mythical being wrapped in the stars and able to dive into the seas, whose task was to make them communicate with one another. A silent intermediary, entrusted with offering what only the sound of the sea can recreate: possibility.
